1. Who we are
USTrademark.pk is an independent U.S. Trademark Filing Service Provider. We are not a law firm, and our team does not act as U.S.-licensed attorneys in connection with your application.
2. Our services
We assist with preliminary trademark searching, collecting applicant information, identifying potentially relevant trademark classes, preparing application information and the filing package, coordinating the USPTO filing, tracking and monitoring the application, notifying customers about USPTO correspondence, and coordinating with a qualified U.S.-licensed attorney where representation is required.
3. No guarantee of outcome
We do not and cannot guarantee that any trademark application will be approved, registered, or free from objection. USPTO decisions rest solely with the USPTO.
4. Fees
Our service fee and the USPTO's government filing fee are separate. Current pricing is published on our Pricing page and is subject to change. Additional fees may apply for Office Actions, oppositions or other substantive matters, quoted individually.
5. Foreign-domiciled applicants
If you are domiciled outside the United States, USPTO rules generally require representation by a U.S.-licensed attorney. By using our services, you acknowledge that such representation will be arranged separately and that the attorney, not us, is responsible for legal advice and representation before the USPTO.
6. Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information about your trademark, your goods/services, your domicile, and your use (or intended use) of the mark. Inaccurate information may affect your application.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, USTrademark.pk is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services, including USPTO refusals, delays, or third-party opposition outcomes.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
